This is my second project with Renew, and Thomas Prieto and Joseph Iturria at Renew did a great job.

They worked on transforming a short-term vacation rental home that had been neglected for a while into a showcase piece worthy charging premium rates. They did all the painting, flooring, fireplace build, new kitchen cabinet doors and refacing, bathrooms, and converted a garage into a professional arcade room. There was also some custom carpentry work on the master bedroom ceiling and a dining room and foyer wall. They were involved in every single room of the home.

We live out of state, and it can be difficult to manage a project from a distance, but Thomas kept us in the loop with video progress reports along the way which were very efficient.

One of the best parts of the project was that both Thomas and Joseph have a very discerning eye for if things are done correctly or not. There were a few areas of the home that they pointed out they were not happy with and they wanted to do it over. I really appreciated that. I think many contractors would have waited to “see if the owners say anything about it”. Their honesty related to those items was very much appreciated.

We have our third project with them scheduled for September of 2024.
